- How long does a window replacement take?
- Most Ottawa homes with 8–15 windows are completed in a single day. Larger projects may take two days.
- Do I have to be home during installation?
- Yes — someone should be home at the start and end of the day. You don't need to supervise the crew.
- What is the difference between double and triple pane?
- Triple-pane adds an extra glass layer and gas fill for superior insulation — ideal for north-facing or exposed walls. Double-pane is excellent for most applications and more affordable.
- Do you remove and dispose of the old windows?
- Yes — full removal and disposal is included in every FENHAB window quote.
